Ask the shelf
How do I know which size I am looking at?
Every listing carries the inch measurement in its name, and so does the card on this site. Where a character exists at more than one size, the sizes sit next to each other on the range page — largest first. Read the inches rather than judging from the photograph; product photography has no scale reference.
Is the character in the blind capsule random?
Yes, genuinely. The 5-inch Core Series 2 capsule is sealed and the distribution is not weighted towards any particular character. If you need a specific character, buy it as a named listing instead.
Why does the same character appear twice on one page?
Because it is made at two or three different sizes, and sometimes with two different snacks. The Series 2 shark is the clearest example: 8, 14 and 16 inches, with either a Hershey bar or a Sonic burger. They are different products, not a duplicate listing.
Will a sold-out limited character come back?
Usually not. Disney, Ninja Turtles and the four seasonal sets are closed runs produced once. The numbered series restock, with Series 2 the most reliable of the three.
Can I wash a Snackle?
Spot-clean only. The long-pile characters mat permanently in a machine and the printed snack accessories crack. There is a full method on our care guide.
Do the plush come with anything besides the snack?
The named characters carry a hangtag with a bio, hobby, star sign and birthdate. The Super Sized range adds a printed origin story comic. Nothing else is included, and nothing included is edible.
Where does my order actually go?
To our partner store. Pressing the button on any card opens that product's page there in a new tab, and everything after that — payment, delivery address, returns — is handled by them under their own terms.
Why is a price different from the one I saw yesterday?
Prices on this shelf are read from the partner store and refreshed regularly, and that store moves its prices. The figure on the product page at the moment you buy is the one that counts.
