Write to treats@zurusnackles.pages.dev. It is the only channel we run and it reaches a person, usually within two working days. We do not have a phone line and we do not use chat widgets.
What we are good for
Questions about the range: which sizes a character is made in, what a particular plush holds, how two ranges differ, whether something is a limited edition. Corrections, too — if a description here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and say so.
What we cannot help with
Anything attached to an order. We cannot see order numbers, change an address, chase a parcel, process a refund or authorise a return, because none of those happen on this site. Those go to the store you bought from, through your order history there — they will resolve it far faster than we could relay it.
