Easy to reach

What we have done

Pages are built from ordinary headings, lists and links in a sensible reading order, so a screen reader gets a structure rather than a wall of text. Every product photograph has alternative text naming the character, the size and what it is holding. The buttons are links, so they work with a keyboard and announce themselves properly.

Reading and colour

Body text is set large enough to read without zooming and the page reflows down to a narrow phone without a sideways scroll. Colour is never the only way something is communicated — where stock is low, it says so in words as well as colour.

If you zoom to 200 percent the layout stays usable. It is tested at that setting rather than assumed.

Moving around

Every interactive element is reachable with Tab and shows a visible focus outline. There are no modal pop-ups, no content that moves on its own and no carousels that advance without being asked.

Where it is weaker

Honest answer: the product photography is supplied and we cannot always describe fine detail in alt text as well as we would like on the busier characters. And once you leave for the partner store, their accessibility is theirs, not ours.

If something here is hard to use, tell us at treats@zurusnackles.pages.dev and describe what you were trying to do. That is worth more to us than a compliance checklist.
