Getting it to you

Who ships it

Our partner store does. We do not hold stock, pack boxes or print labels. When you press the button on a card you land on that product's page in the partner store, and from that point the dispatch, the tracking and the delivery promise are all theirs.

What the estimate depends on

Three things, mostly: whether the item ships from the store's own warehouse or a third-party seller, where you are, and what you chose at checkout. A 16-inch plush is a bulky, light box, which some carriers price by volume rather than weight — that occasionally makes a big plush cost more to ship than its weight suggests.

The estimate shown on the product page at the moment you order is the accurate one. We cannot see it from here and we do not reproduce it, because a stale shipping estimate is worse than none.

Multiple plush in one order

If several characters come from the same seller they usually travel together. Mixing sellers in one basket typically splits the order into separate parcels arriving on different days. If that matters — a birthday, for instance — check the seller line on each product page before you add it.

If something goes wrong in transit

Raise it with the store that shipped it. They hold the carrier relationship, the tracking and the claim process. We have no visibility of individual orders and cannot look anything up, but if you tell us at treats@zurusnackles.pages.dev that a particular character keeps arriving damaged, that is useful to us as a packaging signal.
