What we keep
Almost nothing
This shelf has no accounts, no basket and no checkout, which removes most of the reasons a website collects personal data. We do not ask for your name, your address or your payment details, because there is nothing here to pay for.
What the server sees
Standard web request logs: the page requested, the time, a browser identifier and an IP address. This is how any web server works and it is what tells us that the Series 2 page gets read far more than the mini page. We do not join these records to a person and we do not sell them.
If you write to us, we have your email address and whatever you put in the message, for as long as the conversation is useful. We do not add you to a mailing list — we do not run one — and we do not pass the address on.
When you leave for the partner store
Pressing the button on a card opens a product page at our partner store in a new tab. From that moment their privacy policy applies, not ours. They will know what you looked at and what you bought, as any shop does. We do not receive your order details and could not identify you from them if we did.
Cookies
The shelf itself does not set tracking cookies. Your browser may store ordinary technical things such as cached images, which is not something we control or read.
